I have acquired, led and managed over 30 industry projects. Many projects have been funded directly by companies like Allianz, Airbus, Austrian Telecom, Bayer, BMW, Bosch, Deutsche Bahn, Schott, Swisscom. Others have been publicly funded, e.g. by the European Union (FP7, H2020), governmental organisations (BMBF, BMWI, …) or industry foundations.
The projects included activities like the following :

- Analysis of existing collaboration practices, collaborative identification of requirements for a collaboration platform
- State of the art analysis of web platforms
- Conceptualisation and implementation of the workplace of the future
- Success measurement of enterprise social networking
- Industry benchmarking of collaboration practices
- Facilitation of executive retreats with the aim to transform leadership practices
